Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether managing front desk operations or assisting with guest inquiries, your proactive approach will be essential to our success. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering personalized assistance to enhance their stay experience Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address reservations, questions, or concerns Maintain accurate records during night audits and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and resolving issues promptly Support front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
