Spa Coordinator / Guest Experience (Front Desk) Part-Time

Our focus is delivering a smooth, elevated experience for every guest—from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. We are growing and looking for someone who can keep up in a fast-paced environment, support our team, and help the day run seamlessly. About the Role This is not a sit-at-the-desk position. You are the center of the operation—keeping the schedule flowing, supporting therapists, and ensuring every guest experience is smooth, on time, and exceptional. We're looking for someone who: Moves with urgency Takes initiative without being told Stays calm under pressure Shows up consistently and follows through Responsibilities Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth Manage bookings, calls, and scheduling (experience with Vagaro is a plus) Keep services running on time and communicate clearly with therapists Support room turnover and assist with light spa duties (laundry, towels, setup) Maintain a clean, organized front desk and spa environment Create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest Prepare beverages (coffee, tea) and serve water or wine upon guest arrival What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent (non-negotiable) Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Team player willing to jump in and help wherever needed Professional, polished, and positive attitude Excellent communication skills Availability for evenings, Saturdays, and some mornings Perks Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity for growth within the company Employee discounts on spa services
