In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest experiences in a lively resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with clarity and courtesy Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software Handle night audit responsibilities by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight Assist with guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations to enhance their stay Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities meet quality standards Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Experience in resort settings or hospitality environments enhances your ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service Knowledge of night audit procedures and guest relations best practices will set you apart in this role Join us as a Front Desk Agent and become an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
