Our client, a healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join their team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be part of the front office support team, ensuring smooth patient interactions and efficient administrative operations. $15/hr Onsite-candidate to be bilingual: Spanish & English Work hours are 8am-5pm What's the Job? Greet patients and visitors arriving for appointments in a courteous and professional manner Check patients in by entering demographics, insurances, and authorizations accurately into the system Verify medical insurance benefits promptly by calling insurance companies or primary care physicians Coordinate with patients regarding their insurance benefits and medical provider programs Collect co-payments and balances upfront, ensuring financial transactions are handled efficiently What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service experience Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish What's in it for me?
