The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions. Adhere to all Marriott brand standards and policies. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Marriott experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability to work the 2pm-10pm shift. Professional appearance and demeanor.
