- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Handle reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable, especially fluency in English and another language As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
