Job Description

At European Wax Center - South Tampa, we are seeking a Guest Sales Associate to help us ensure our guests have the best experience possible.
About the position:
Provide a smooth check in and check out from their service(s) Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day Assisting with retail recommendations and purchases Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses - sales role Fun, high volume, fast-paced environment Discounts on all services and all retail products Opportunity for growth within the company Qualifications Ability to work independently with limited supervision A positive, upbeat, and friendly personality Must be willing to learn and comfortable talking to guest about our packages and products High level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently Professional appearance Reliable transportation required Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends High school diploma Sales Experience is preferred Why our associates and wax fans adore us: We provide a luxurious waxing experience at an affordable price We use our exclusive Comfort Wax™ that is virtually painless Our 4 Steps To Gorgeous™ wax process ensures efficient, silky-smooth results Our facility is beautiful, comfortable, luxurious and clean
