Guest Services Agent

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized front Desk area and Lobby Skills
• Reliability.
• Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
• English is mandatory, second language is helpful
• Experience with night audit procedures, is a plus
• Proficient in using front desk software systems and phone systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
