Home Subdivision Schedule:
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM)
Pay Rate:
$20/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Clerk to serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors at a residential home subdivision. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring secure property access, and supporting day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Monitor and manage entry/exit access to the subdivision Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Maintain visitor logs and issue guest passes Coordinate with property management and security teams as needed Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing and record-keeping Report any suspicious activity or maintenance concerns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to remain attentive, organized, and professional in a quiet or fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
Must be punctual and dependable Ability to work independently during weekend shifts This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while helping maintain a safe and welcoming neighborhood environment.
