Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who will act as the 'face' of our company and ensure our guests receive exemplary service and driven our hotel to award winning status. This is a growth position that could led to Front Desk Supervisor and FOM. Marriott StayPMS experience is a Plus for this position. Responsibilities Flexibility in all duties, including covering desk/audit shifts. Provide support to the Front Desk Manager Schedule work shifts Ensure exemplary customer service by all team members Ensure all brand compliance requirements are met Troubleshoot emergencies Respond to customer surveys/emails Monitor all guest issues for resolution Weekly and daily reports Ensure company's policies and security requirements are met Skills Proven work experience as an Front Desk Agent Proficiency in English (oral and written) Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Excellent communication and people skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills StayPMS proficiency is preferred
