In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage guest relations, and handle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude will help foster a warm and inviting environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest experiences. This is a part time / full-time, on-site role as a Front Desk / Guest Services Agent located in West Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and room assignments, and addressing guest inquiries and requests. Additional tasks include solving guest concerns, maintaining property security, managing daily transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer service. The role also involves operating the hotel's communication systems and ensuring a positive experience for all guests during their stay. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, using multi-line phone systems Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and hotel amenities to enhance their stay Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information Promote hotel services and local attractions to maximize guest engagement and satisfaction Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors Experience Previous experience in front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele Familiarity with property management software and multi-line phone systems advantageous Knowledge of resort operations or hotel experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor in person and over the phone Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels at home!
