Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing the front desk activities and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Train and supervise new front office staff on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front office agent role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures and phone systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software systems (e.g., property management systems, specially Fosse) is a plus.
- Multilingual (Preferably English and Spanish) skills are highly desirable to cater to international guests.
