Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented part time weekend Front Desk Night Audit to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process while maintaining exceptional guest services. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner using excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Manage overnight front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures with precision and efficiency Conduct nightly audits of daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable and revenue reporting Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks of public areas, and controlling access to the hotel premises during night hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to guest services and operational procedures Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality management Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping Knowledge of resort or hotel environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Join us as a Front Desk Night Audit and become an integral part of creating memorable stays for our guests!
