This energetic role involves managing guest relations, handling reservations, and providing top-tier customer service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction. Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to maintain accurate financial records. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and vendors via multi-line phone systems. Support guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts. Bilingual or multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is preferred. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems confidently. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
