Need Front Desk Associate for Comfort Inn

The Comfort Inn in Blairsville,,Georgia is seeking candidates for Front Desk for 8 AM

• 3PM and 3 PM-11 PM shifts and must work on weekends to This position is responsible for overall guests' experience at the front desk and thecandidate must have at least a year of experience in hotels and be professional at all the time It requires multi-tasking, will always be dealing with people, process cash, credit card and direct billing transactions, Laundry etc It requires flexibility during the day, afternoon and night shifts and weekend.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean.
• Check guests in and out
• Make reservations over the phone or in person.
• Process cash and credit card payments.
• Solve the guests' issues
• Help with complimentary breakfast
• Manage Laundry The pay for these positions will vary depending on experience, which we will discuss during the interview.
