Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Your multitasking skills and passion for hospitality management will be key to delivering top-tier guest relations and operational excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while making a positive impact on every guest's stay. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details while adhering to phone etiquette standards. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet quality standards. Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations overnight. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat visits. Support guest relations efforts by addressing special requests or needs promptly and courteously. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry; hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging with diverse guests. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with tact, patience, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is desirable.
