In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documents are properly proofread and stored Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to prepare reports and correspondence Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and escalating issues when necessary Support administrative functions for medical or dental reception areas if applicable, including patient check-in and record management Previous office experience with strong clerical skills in a professional setting Proven customer service background demonstrating excellent communication abilities Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Experience with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant duties preferred Knowledge of office management procedures such as filing systems, proofreading documents, and maintaining records Additional experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while honing your administrative expertise.
