Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests as well as provide a professional, quality experience Answer incoming calls and transfer appropriately Perform guest check outs and payments in a timely manner Process all guest check-ins and cash out requests Coordinate with the front desk team to provide information regarding hotel amenities, rooms, reservations, and maps Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to pass a background check. Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to interact with guests in a positive manner. Professional appearance and demeanor. Must be outgoing and personable.
