Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Office Agent and Night Auditor, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining exceptional guest relations during overnight hours. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and professional attitude Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify billing accuracy, update financial records, and prepare reports for management Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and controlling access to the property during overnight shifts Support guest relations by resolving issues swiftly, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property remains pristine and fully operational during your shift Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, ideally within a resort environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Previous night audit experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on hospitality, guest relations, and problem-solving Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
