Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills. Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized manner while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Assist with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to maximize guest satisfaction. Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy for overnight operations. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and efficiently. Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating bilingual or multilingual communication skills when assisting international guests. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills to build positive guest relationships. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, reservation software, and basic accounting or night audit procedures. Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued). Demonstrated professionalism in handling guest inquiries via phone or in person with courtesy and clarity.
