Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm welcomes, efficient check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Whether managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your proactive approach will drive our commitment to outstanding guest services. Duties Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with check-in and check-out procedures promptly and professionally Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software Handle night audit responsibilities by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight Assist guests with concierge services such as local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and special requests Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within the hospitality industry Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed to support 24/7 operations Join us in delivering top-tier hospitality by providing friendly service that makes every guest feel at home.
