The JOB The Group Rooms Coordinator at our resort plays a key role in managing group reservations for our 200-room property. This position ensures seamless communication between the sales team, front desk, and clients to deliver exceptional guest experiences. From setting up group blocks to overseeing billing and collaborating with the Manager on forecasts, the coordinator handles all aspects of group stays. Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
One to two years of experience in hotel reservations, group sales, front office operations, event coordination, or a related hospitality role. Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple group blocks, rooming lists, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and guest-focused approach. Experience working with hotel property management systems, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing group contracts, rooming lists, billing instructions, and reservation modifications. The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with guests, group organizers, sales managers, and operational departments. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to assist with special projects and support the Sales, Catering, and Reservations teams as needed. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and seamless group experiences.
