Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic Front Office Department as a key ambassador of guest experience across all shifts—morning, afternoon, and night audit. In this vibrant role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach and hospitality expertise will help create memorable stays, foster guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hotel management. Whether managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, or performing night audits, your dedication will be vital to our success in delivering outstanding hospitality. Duties Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing professional and friendly front desk service. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all records. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and internal departments across multi-line phone systems. Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to optimize guest experiences. Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service throughout their stay. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging with a diverse clientele. Knowledge of hotel management systems, front desk operations, and night audit procedures. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and clear interpersonal interactions. Ability to work flexible hours across AM and PM shifts in a fast-paced environment. (For Night Audit, must have availability during overnight hours on a full-time basis.)
