This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering exceptional guest services in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information accurately. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure smooth overnight operations. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to resolve guest issues swiftly and effectively. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively. Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software, is advantageous. Experience in guest services or resort environments will help you excel in this role. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management practices is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette are essential for success in this position.
