Summary We're looking for an individual who embodies the luxury lifestyle experience and thrives in a highly visible, guest-facing role. This hybrid positionbines the responsibilities of a Bell Attendant and a House Car Driver, serving as both a weing presence at the hotel and a trusted transportation ambassador for our guests. The ideal team member has a passion for exceptional service, a warm and engaging personality, strong local knowledge, and the flexibility to support guests seamlessly from arrival to departure—whether on the front drive, in the lobby, or behind the wheel. As one of the first and last impressions of the hotel, this role carries a special responsibility to create memorable, authentic experiences while ensuring safety, efficiency, and professionalism at all times. Essential Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities Guest Arrival & Departure Services
  • Warmly wee guests, creating a positive first impression of the hotel
  • Greet all guests passing through the lobby and offer assistance
  • Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including opening doors and escorting guests as needed
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms, storage areas, and the front drive
  • Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pick-ups
  • Provide guests with a hotel orientation upon arrival House Car & Transportation Services Safely transport guests to and from approved destinations within the radius set by management
  • Assist guests during the loading and unloading of luggage and personal items
  • Provide rmendations, directions, and general information about the hotel and surrounding area during transport
  • Comprehend andply with all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the house car, including routine washing and interior upkeep
  • Ensure vehicles are fueled and report any maintenance or service needs promptly
  • Exercise caution to prevent damage to vehicles, property, or other cars Guest Experience & Communication
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Amodate special requests whenever possible and assist with resolving guest concerns
  • Respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and off-property rmendations
  • Maintain effectivemunication within the Guest Services team and with all hotel departments
  • Perform guest and hotel-related errands, which may include local travel off property Additional Responsibilities
  • Support Front Office, and Guest Services operations as needed
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and guest needs
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to see, hear, reach, handle, feel, stoop, bend, crouch, sit, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift. The role requires the ability to lift and maneuver luggage and other items weighing up to 50-100 lbs. Qualifications
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physical stamina to lift and move moderate to heavy amounts of weight
  • Ability to tolerate prolonged standing, walking, and sitting
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-100 lbs.
