In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and passion for guest relations in a fast-paced resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to security, safety, and guest privacy at all times Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems required Previous hotel experience, especially in resort environments, is advantageous Ability to work independently during evening hours while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
