In this lively role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, assist with product demonstrations, and ensure our retail environment is welcoming and well-organized. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to encourage sales and upselling opportunities Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key! Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math will help you succeed in this role. Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal interaction, are essential for engaging with guests and team members. Phone skills mandatory. Experience working in grocery stores or similar retail environments will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
