DAY TO DAY AS A HOTEL FRONT DESK ATTENDANT

As a Hotel Front Desk Attendant at Embassy Suites Kapolei, you get to provide exceptional guest services to people from all over the world! You're responsible for ensuring that our guests have a truly memorable stay from start to finish. Your outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and friendly personality are the perfect combination to take on this exciting role! As part of your responsibilities, you register guests, assign rooms, and ensure that their special requests are accommodated to the best of your ability. You also assist with the pre-registration and blocking of reservations, all while maintaining a clean and well-presented front desk area. Each and every day, you efficiently check guests out, complete daily checklist tasks, and adhere to all unit cash handling, credit and check cashing policies. You take pride in your work and are always willing to go the extra mile!

SCHEDULE

We're looking for someone who can work 3-5 days a week and is available days, nights, weekends, and holidays (open availability). This hotel position does not come with a set schedule, so flexibility is a must!
