In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out experience is seamless, friendly, and memorable. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere at all times. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those passionate about hospitality management and guest services, with opportunities to develop your skills in a lively hotel environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and personalized assistance throughout their stay Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and swift resolution Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization to uphold a professional appearance Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest relations best practices Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and basic hotel management software is advantageous Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest services and hospitality excellence Ability to handle night audit responsibilities confidently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a friendly demeanor Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes a difference!
