Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision Assist with guest relations by providing local information and personalized recommendations Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and overall property upkeep Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred, especially within resort or hospitality environments Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations enhances your ability to excel in this role Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Prior experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting demonstrates your ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
