Job Summary The Fairfield Inn by Marriott is seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience by assisting with check-ins, reservations, guest requests, and daily front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts Process payments and balance cash drawer as needed Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean and organized Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions Qualifications Previous hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and phone system knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Benefits Competitive pay Marriott employee travel discounts Flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities within Marriott hotels Supportive team environment
