This role is essential to ensuring smooth hotel operations, excellent guest service, and a welcoming environment throughout the night. Key Responsibilities Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and comfortable environment for guests. Complete laundry tasks as needed. Run the nightly audit process and ensure accurate reporting. Set up, monitor, and maintain the breakfast area. Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or needs. Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times. Training All responsibilities will be fully taught during training—no prior night audit experience required.
