Job Description

-Free onsite living Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly On-site Front Desk Attendant to join our welcoming team at a vibrant suburban resort. This role is the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality management. Bilingual skills are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls professionally using proper phone etiquette Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and guest services to enhance guest experience Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, or concierge services Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate with international guests confidently Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to stay energetic, organized, and attentive during busy periods, including night shifts if required Previous experience in guest relations or resort environments is a plus Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
