Job Description
Front Desk Reservationist We're excited to add a Front Desk Reservationist to our team! The shifts we are hiring for are either 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Are you a people person who can answer phones without accidentally hanging up? Do you enjoy juggling reservations, helping guests check in and out, and saving the day when the Wi-Fi acts up? If so, we want YOU! As a Front Desk Reservationist, you'll create reservations, deliver top-notch customer service, keep the lobby welcoming with light cleaning and stocking, and assist guests with any in-room surprises (like the mysterious case of the missing remote). Basic computer skills are essential, as you'll be working with reservation software and other hotel systems daily If you're enthusiastic, detail-oriented, hardworking, and have a vivacious personality that can brighten even the gloomiest Monday, you'll fit right in with us. and let's make hospitality fun again — one reservation at a time!
