The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Coeur d'Alene is seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests while handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and general front desk operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, dependable, and enjoys creating positive guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery professionally Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments regarding room status and guest needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas Follow hotel brand standards, policies, and procedures Assist with audit or reporting duties as needed Provide local recommendations and information to guests Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable attendance and punctuality required Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to move throughout the hotel property as needed Benefits Employee hotel discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Country Inn & Suites is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
