Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills. This position may require overnight and weekend availability.

Duties:

• Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Handle reservations and cancellations
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Address guest concerns and escalate as needed
• Assist with night audit procedures as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
• Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment with room for growth and development.
