Front Desk/Guest Services Nampa, ID Job Details Part-time From $14 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Hospitality Customer service Basic math Processing cash transactions Credit card payment processing Front desk Guest services 1 year Hotel experience Entry level Full Job Description Part time positions are available for those interested in working in a fast paced environment in which you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all guests and clients of the hotel; taking accurate hotel reservations; provide directions to various areas in the Treasure Valley; handling cash and credit cards according to the hotel policies; and assist in all areas of the hotel as needed. At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courteous to guest/co-workers, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision. Ability to compute mathematical calculations. Ability to solve practical problems for guest based on the hotel policies. Ability to work well under pressure of check-in/check-out of guest and handle multiple tasks at once. Punctuality and reliability is a must. Honesty and integrity. Rotating shifts would include 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. (Weekends are a must.) •Please submit your resume if you are interested.
