Night Guest Service Agent

We are looking for self motivated very detailed professionals to join our talented Front Office team. We are an "Award Winning" Doubletree Hotel in the southern suburbs that continues to strive to deliver our brand promise of exceptionally warm and caring service where our guests and team members feel welcome and appreciated. The Night Guest Service Agent position is an entry level position and a great stepping stone for a very prosperous Guest Services future.

Job Requirements:

Candidate should meet the following criteria: § Minimum 2 years work experience preferably in Hotel/Hospitality Segment § Extremely detail oriented § Excellent phone skills § Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills § Ability to effectively prioritize, and organizational skills are required § Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment § Must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs

Main Responsibilities:

Night Guest Service Agent Previous cash handling, running reports and front office experience in a hotel atmosphere preferred. Customer service skills required which may include greeting, answering phones, guest assistance, trouble shooting, service recovery, multi tasking, and etc.

PEP & PMS

knowledge a plus.
