The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and support our diverse clientele. The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk and contributing to overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism using proper phone etiquette Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests efficiently Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing information Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Assist with night audit procedures when required, ensuring financial accuracy for daily reports Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary Support guest relations efforts by creating a welcoming environment and fostering positive experiences Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or customer service within the hospitality industry preferred Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service excellence Ability to handle night audit responsibilities is a plus Hospitality management or hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed High School diploma or equivalent Join our team as a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences while working in a dynamic hospitality environment.
