Hotel front desk experience needed kings in calumet park ,IL Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly Maintain accurate reservation records, cancellations, and modifications in the system Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reports Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, guest services, and hotel operations Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our guests' experiences.
