This position plays an important part in creating a welcoming first impression, supporting smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent service to every guest or visitor. Responsibilities Greet guests and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival. Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner. Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and provide general information. Maintain accurate records, update reservations or appointments, and process related paperwork. Coordinate with other departments to help ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Handle payments, receipts, and basic billing tasks as needed. Keep the front desk area organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials. Follow established procedures for safety, privacy, and confidentiality. Support additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfort using computers, phone systems, and common office software. Ability to multitask while delivering a positive guest experience. Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required. Preferred Skills Experience with reservation, scheduling, or property management systems. Basic cash handling and reconciliation experience.
