About us Days Inn is a small business in Collinsville, IL. We are professional, customer-centric, social and our goal is to Hire a motivated person who works well with the general public and their peers.
Our work environment includes:
Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Safe work environment This Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor job exists to aid the hotel staff at all times by performing a variety of administrative duties, including answering and directing calls, greeting guests, and handling cash. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, experience working with a variety of people and an interest in being a part of an energetic team that works together to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet guests politely. Answer questions about hotel amenities and local attractions. Handle requests for specific rooms, extra towels and other basic services. Book rooms for incoming guests. Count cash in the register drawer at beginning and end of shift. Run Night Audit Night Auditor puts breakfast out by 6
AM Pay:
$15.00 per hour
