Guest Service Agent William Tell Hotel by Sonesta Countryside, IL Job Details $16 - $18 an hour 6 hours ago Full Job Description The William Tell Hotel has a long history of being THE place to be in the SW Suburbs .As we move into this new era we are looking for not just front desk agents but Guest Ambassadors who can make a difference in our guests stays. Your experience in a boutique hotel environment is a PLUS We are searching for a dynamic Guest Service Ambassadors to embrace the heart of hospitality. We have both Part Time and Full Time positions available. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling guest stays. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Accurately collecting and processing payments from guests including but not limited to hotel stays, incidental charges, and retail/restaurant purchases Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date guest records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold confidentiality regarding guest information and adhere to company policies. Qualifications Previous experience as a front desk agent in a Full Service hotel preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Opera or Visual Matrix a PLUS A positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
