• Matteson, Illinois Position Summary The Front Desk Associate is the first and last impression of our guests and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring guest satisfaction. Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions. Maintain accurate records and follow Marriott brand standards and procedures. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Assist with guest requests and special accommodations. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management systems. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
