Must have weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations. Answers and transfers phone calls. Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Shuttles the guests to and from the airport. Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
