Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well-cared for from check-in to check-out. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a positive environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and Bilingual communication skills when needed Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring all concerns are addressed with care and professionalism Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to support seamless guest relations Support night audit procedures by reviewing daily transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Multilingual or Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Previous experience in guest services or resort environments is a plus Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to handle night shifts or flexible hours as required by the role Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
