Welcoming Committee Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa, including laundry and standard cleaning.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Skills:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic math for cash handling purposes.
  • Ability to sell and stock merchandise.
  • Maintain a healthy and clean environment.
This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with guests in person and over the phone.
