  • Overview We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at our hotel.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information and resolving inquiries Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Assist with night audit procedures as needed, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, guest relations, and overall front desk operations Support other hotel departments as necessary to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Availability to work any of our shifts when needed. Our shifts are 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM and sometimes we will schedule mid-shifts. Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus Hospitality or resort experience is desirable but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential Join our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.
