At Merlin Entertainments' newest immersive attraction, WONDRA , we're looking for energetic, people-loving leaders to join our team as Guest Experience Leads. If you're the kind of person who can hype up a crowd, keep cool in a fast-paced environment, and make people feel welcome from the second they walk in; this role was made for you! Qualifications & Experience ??

What You'll Actually Do:

+ Lead and support the Guest Experience team during daily operations + Help create unforgettable moments for guests + Keep the attraction running safely and smoothly + Coach and motivate team members + Jump in to solve problems and handle guest concerns + Be part of the opening team for one of Merlin's newest attractions ??

What We're Looking For:

+ Positive energy + strong communication skills + Someone who enjoys working with people + Leadership or guest service experience is a plus + Comfortable in a fast-moving, interactive environment + Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays ??
