Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Handle multi-line phone systems with confidence, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Address guest requests, concerns, or complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure smooth overnight operations. Support guest relations by offering personalized service tailored to individual needs and preferences. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable. Experience in resort or hotel environments will help you excel in this role. Knowledge of guest services, hospitality standards, and guest relations practices is essential. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
